Product Quality

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor and external environment. Unfortunately once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in condition may result in changes in their longevity.


 All Mandurah Florist designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions will apply and  of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.


Flower Care

Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. In order to prolong the life of your flowers we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle approximately 3 – 4 cm from the end and changing the water in the vase every two days.  Flower food sachet is provided by the florist will also help preserve your flowers.

 Our Delivery Policy

Same day flower delivery is available on weekdays provided you order before 2pm and same day flower delivery is available on Saturdays provided you order before 10am. Same Day Delivery is for Local Delivery Orders that are received before 2pm. Non Local and Interstate Orders please allow 1-2 working days for Order Delivery.

Additional delivery fees will apply for Public Holidays and times are not guaranteed. Our store is not open on Sundays.

We have a standard flower delivery charge which covers the majority of delivery areas across Mandurah.  

In a few cases, there are additional delivery costs for delivery to some areas and these charges will be clearly detailed on your order before payment is made. As part of the standard delivery fee, your delivery is guaranteed to be made before 5pm for a business address and 7pm for a residential address.

Mandurah Florist will deliver flowers and gifts to requested delivery address.  Naturally, our delivery service is subject to local conditions. Delivery is usually available within 24 hours, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones and local conditions.

Some areas are classified as restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 48 hours.

Specific delivery times are cannot guaranteed.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they check their invoice and confirm the name and address details of the recipient are complete and correct and ensure that the recipient will be in attendance at the address at the time of delivery

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, secured buildings or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We do not deliver to PO BOX or LOCKED BAG addresses.

Once delivered in accordance with your instructions, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer.

If you have chosen flowers “not to be left at front door” they will be returned to the store for collection.

If you would like us to call before delivery please have the correct phone number for recipient.

If a delivery has been attempted and the courier cannot gain access to the property  eg: Security Gates, Apartment Building a calling card will be left at the premises notifying the recipient to collect from our store.

If an additional delivery is made a redelivery fee will apply.


Delivery for Funeral Orders

Mandurah Florist treat funeral orders with the highest of priority. In  order for the  processed to go as smoothly as possible please supply the following information in the Address Details or Special Instructions:

  • Full name of the deceased
  • Name and address of the funeral home and name and phone number of a relative will be needed.
  • Date and time of the funeral


Delivery to Hospitals/Nursing Homes

For hospital/nursing home deliveries, please supply Mandurah Florist with the recipient’s:

  • Full name
  • Ward name or number
  • Hospital name and address
  • Whether the recipient is a patient/resident or part of the staff.

For hospital and nursing home deliveries,  Mandurah Florist  recommends sending flowers and gifts that are already arranged in a container. Please note:

  • Do not send loose cut flowers as there are usually limited suitable vases available
  • Do not send large arrangements as space is often restricted
  • Most hospitals do not allow plants
  • Some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive care or other special care units.


Delivery to ships

For deliveries to ships:

  • Please allow 24 hours for the delivery to be processed
  • The following information is needed to process the order smoothly.

This information can be included in the Address Details or Special Instructions:

  • Name of shipping line
  • Name of ship
  • Cabin number/deck number
  • Exact time of departure.
  • Whether the recipient is a passenger or crew member
  • Contact Phone Number


Delivery to hotels & holiday resorts

For deliveries to Hotels & Resorts, please supply Mandurah Florist with the recipient’s:

  • Hotel or Resort name
  • Room name or number and address
  • Whether the recipient is a guest or part of the staff.
  • Contact Phone Number

Same Day Delivery - Our Guarantee

We guarantee same day delivery for all orders to local destinations placed before 2pm on weekdays and before 10am (or later, depending on the area) on Saturday - based on the local time in the recipient’s time zone.

Orders received after our advertised cut off will be delivered on the next available day.


Valentine’s Day 2017

Guaranteed Delivery

Valentine’s Day 2017 guarantees delivery of  Tuesday 14 February 2017, if  orders that are placed prior to 5.00pm (AST) on Friday 10th February 2017.

Please note that deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee.

Please contact Customer Service Centre on 08 9535 3170 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.

Specific delivery times are not guaranteed or available on Valentine’s Day,  and including Monday 13th February  or Tuesday 14 February 2017.

Requests for specific delivery times will be noted and every attempt will be made to meet these requests, however we are unable to guarantee these requests due to the high demand of orders.

Substitutions may apply - ( except for where Roses are ordered ) Due to the large volume of orders placed for delivery on Valentine’s Day, Mandurah Florist reserves the right to make substitutions to the requested arrangement style in order to ensure that your order is delivered.

All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value or greater value than the original order.

Order Alterations -  As of 11.59pm (AST) on Saturday  11 February 2017, we  are unable to alter to change any  variations to orders for delivery on Valentine’s Day, Tuesday  14 February 2017.  These variations include changes to delivery addresses, changes to card messages, changes to the originally requested product and changes to the recipient’s name.

Order Cancellations - As of 11.59pm (AST) on Saturday 11 February 2017, Mandurah Florist is unable to accept cancellations to orders for delivery for   Monday 13th Feb 2017 and Tuesday 14th Feb 2017 Valentine’s Day.


Delivery for Mother’s Day 2017

The cut off time for guaranteed Mother’s Day delivery is 2pm WA time on Saturday 7th May. Due to the large volume of orders that we will be delivering for Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries and some deliveries maybe dispatched from Friday 6th May to ensure delivery. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time may not be delivered until Monday 9th May.

Additional delivery fees will apply for Mother Day Sunday. Price will vary on area zone required.

As of 5.00pm WA time on Thursday 11th May 2017, Mandurah Florist is unable to vary orders or cancel orders for delivery on Friday 12th May , Saturday 13th May 2017 or Sunday 14th May 2017. Variations include changes to delivery addresses, changes to card messages, changes to the requested product and changes to the recipient’s name.

Some items may be substituted for equal quality due to unavailability.


Deliveries that Contain Alcohol

Hampers & Gift Arrangements that contain Alcohol cannot be purchased or delivered to person / persons under the age of 18 years.


Refund Policy

If you have any concerns surrounding your order we ask that you please call us on +61 8 9535 3170  or contact us by email on  to discuss and queries you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received.  A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

  • Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. On average your flowers should last between 3 – 7 days. Should your flowers perish within 48 hours of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Mandurah  Florist will be happy to resend new flowers. To assist us in quality control however it is our policy to collect the original flowers upon delivery of your resend.
  • All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was placed.


Cancellation of Orders

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, only if notice is received 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
