We are working with our local growers/suppliers, Some or All of the flowers/products shown on our website may be substituted due to availability.
Same day flower delivery is available on weekdays provided you order before 1pm and same day flower delivery is available on Saturdays provided you order before 10am. Same Day Delivery is for Local Delivery Orders that are received before 1pm. Non Local and Interstate Orders please allow 1-2 working days for Order Delivery.
We have a standard flower delivery charge which covers the majority of delivery areas across Mandurah.
In a few cases, there are additional delivery costs for delivery to some areas and these charges will be clearly detailed on your order before payment is made. As part of the standard delivery fee, your delivery is guaranteed to be made before 5pm for a business address and 7pm for a residential address.
Specific delivery times are cannot guaranteed. You can call the store on 08 9535 3170 and request an Express Delivery which will incur an additional fee.

Mandurah Florist will deliver flowers and gifts to requested delivery address. Naturally, our delivery service is subject to local conditions. Delivery is usually available within 24 hours, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones and local conditions.
Some areas are classified as restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 48 hours.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they check their invoice and confirm the name and address details of the recipient are complete and correct and ensure that the recipient will be in attendance at the address at the time of delivery.
Once delivered in accordance with your instructions the product becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery surcharges will apply for special event delivery days.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, secured buildings or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We do not deliver to PO BOX or LOCKED BAG addresses.
If you have chosen flowers “not to be left at front door” they will be returned to the store for collection.
If you would like us to call before delivery please have the correct phone number for recipient and advised us in writing via email.
If a delivery has been attempted and the courier cannot gain access to the property eg: Security Gates, Apartment Building a calling card will be left at the premises notifying the recipient to collect from our store.
If the courier deems it is unsafe to leave due to weather conditions (eg: Summer heat and/or raining) the delivery will be returned to the store for collection. This is to ensure the flowers/hampers are not damaged or deteriated.
If an additional delivery is made a redelivery fee will apply.

We guarantee same day delivery for all orders to local destinations placed before 1pm on weekdays and before 10am on Saturday - based on the local time in the recipient’s time zone.
Orders received after our advertised cut off will be delivered on the next available day.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor and external environment. Unfortunately once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in condition may result in changes in their longevity.
All Mandurah Florist designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions will apply and of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.
Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. In order to prolong the life of your flowers we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle approximately 3 – 4 cm from the end and changing the water in the vase every two days. Flower food sachet is provided by the florist will also help preserve your flowers.

The cut off time for guaranteed Mother’s Day delivery is 1pm WA time on Saturday 9th May 2020.
Due to the large volume of orders that we will be delivering for Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries and some deliveries maybe dispatched from Friday 8th May 2020 to ensure delivery is made. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time may not be delivered until Monday 11th May 2020.
Additional delivery fees will apply for Mother Day Sunday. Price will vary according to the suburb required for delivery.
As of 5.00pm WA time on Wednesday 6th May 2020, Mandurah Florist is unable to vary orders or cancel orders for delivery on Friday 8th May, Saturday 9th May 2020 or Sunday 10th May 2020. Variations include changes to delivery addresses, changes to card messages, changes to the requested product and changes to the recipient’s name.
Some items may be substituted for equal quality due to unavailability. Mandurah Florist is unable to guarantee specific timed deliveries for Wednesday 6th May 2020 or Sunday 10th May 2020. Requests for specific delivery times will be noted and every attempt will be made to meet these requests however we are unable to guarantee these requests.

Mandurah Florist guarantees local delivery of Christmas orders that are placed prior to 10.00am (AWST) on Wednesday 25 December 2019.

Specific Timed Deliveries
Mandurah Florist is unable to guarantee specific timed deliveries for Tuesday 23rd December 2019 or Wednesday 25 December 2019. Requests for specific delivery times will be noted and every attempt will be made to meet these requests however we are unable to guarantee these requests.
Valentine’s Day 2020 guarantees delivery of Sunday 14 February 2021, if orders that are placed prior to 5.00pm (AST) on Friday 12th February 2021.
